Normally corrugated carton is used for shipping container and packaging material, such as shoes box, cups box, food box, pizza box etc, customer design the shape and graphics of packaging boxes or cartons, then the corrugated box plants need to produce the required box or cartons by corrugated carton box making machine.

1. Firstly corrugated box plant needs to find the source of raw material of corrugated carton and box – corrugated board. If you have big order or huge demand for corrugated board, maybe you want to produce corrugated board by yourself, if so you can learn more about corrugated board manufacturing line – 3/5/7 ply corrugated board manufacturing machines, and the corrugated board manufacturing process , I must remind it’s a huge project for producing corrugated board, beacuse corrugated board plant need a lot of investment and effort, you should make sure the demand at first. 2. If you are just a corrugated carton and box manufacturer and purchase corrugated board from other large companies, you just need to know the corrugated carton box making machines. Corrugated board roll is the raw material of corrugated carton and box, corrugated carton box plants purchase the specific width corrugated board rolls then cutting it into corrugated sheet of required length for folding carton and box, sometimes corrugated board manufacturer can do that supply the size corrugated sheet you need, if not, you need a corrugated sheet cutting off machine, it has the thin cutting kinvies on rotary roll , set the speed at the control panel to get the specific length corrugated sheet.
3. After cutting, put the corrugated sheets into flexo printing machine to print designed graphics on the surface, it’s very important and diffcult to operate, you need to mix the ink and adjust printing roll before printing, a experienced operator is necessary for printing, experience will influence the quality of printing graphics, which mostly is the most important for customers. A beauiful appearance will change the fate, not only for women but also for carton !
4. After printing, we tranport printed paper sheet into slitter and scorer, the slitting and scoring machine slits the sheets into exactly required width of corrugated box, and scores the groove to get flaps of box. Automatic thin blade slittor scorer can adjust the offset of blade on PLC control panel to slit and score different size.
5. After slitting and scoring, the sheets have exactly size of corrugated box, now you need to select different machine to produce different carton and box, if your customer just need regular slotted carton box for shipping or packging container, you can choose automatic slotter and creaser ( slotting and creasing machine) , if you customer need the corrugated boxes to package pizza, shoes, cups, Jewelry etc demand box having special shape for easy carrying, you need to choose rotary die cutting machine for corrugated box, the corrugated box die cutting machine need specific die to cutting corrugated sheet into required shape, so you just need to change die on the die cutting roll for producing different cartons.
6. After slotted or die cutted , the corrugated box blanks’ flaps are stitched or glued together to fold cartons or boxes.
