When corrugated box plants need to produce the regular slotted boxes, the manufacturing process is:

1. Purchase the corrugated sheet specificed by the box height width and length, normally the size of corrugated sheet’s length ＞ 2× box’s length + 2 × box’s width, the width of sheet specificed by the design of corrugated box,see the corrugated box style with international firberboard casecode.
2. If purchased corrugated roll, you need cut the corrugated cardboard into required width and length according to box design style, so you need corrugated board cutting off machine, which help you cutting the corrugated board into required sheet.
3. Now we have the corrugated sheet to make into corrugated box blank, for that we need three steps : printing-slotting & creasing-stitching or gluing.
4. Corrugated box flexo printing machine : as customer required, we need print the graphics on the box, at beginning we need to figure out how many colors to consist the graphics, then add the inline color sets. 5. Slotting and Creasing Machine: It creases and slots the blank, as the name implies. However, it also trims when needed and performs critical tasks for making the manufacturer’s joint. In order to complete all of these operations, many different parts make up this section, including two creasing shafts, two slotter shafts, and two pull rollers.
6. Corrugated box stiching machine or gluing machine:this machine is used for stitching the corrugated blank flaps together to fold a corrugated box. The corrugated box blank slotted and creased by slotter and creaser, after that, it has flaps and creasing grooves, they are very important to fold a carton or box. The slotts are used to form required flaps which makes sure the blanks can be folded.
