GYW High speed corrugated carton flexo printing machine with slotter and die cutter is the top gradecorrugated carton making machine, which can produce 180 pieces/min with lead edge vacuum feeder or 140 pieces/min with back kick feeder. 1.Feeding Unit
1.Machine clutch
1.Electric controlling the clutch of the machine platform and installed alarms in order to assure the safe of the operator while the bell rings constantly during marching.

4.Front and back baffle adopt manual adjustment , the left and right baffle adopts electric adjustment.
5.The feeding paper wheel adopts Polyurethane , strong friction and long using life.
6.The machine is suitable three layer and five layer corrugated paperboard ,including the E corrugated paperboard.
7.Feeding paper counter , set and display the production.
3.Absorb dust device
It is equipped the clear dust device (upper wind absorbing , clear dust brush) , it can clear the dust and impurity on the paperboard and increase the printing quality.
4.Feeding paper roller

5. Automatically zero device.
Feeding paper Unit , printing Unit , die cutting Unit adopt electric zero device.
Common carton box use the automatically zero device , after printing two piece , it can adjust to the correct position and decrease the wasting paper.

3. The metal anilox roller ( the customer choose the roller mesh number )

4. Rubber roller
Surface of the steel tube is packed with wear resisting rubber.
The rubber roller adopt medium and high level grinding , the ink effect is very good.
5. Upper and under feeding paper roller
1.The upper roller , the external diameter is Ф85mm , the material is seamless steel tub, it is equipped with four feeding paper wheel

6. The printing phase adjusting device.
1.The planet type gear structure.
2.The printing phase adopt PLC , touching screen and electric numerical 360 degrees

4.The lateral adjustment range is 20mm with manual adjustment.
5.The printing plate adopt inverter adjusting the phase . It is quick to zero and adjust the printing plate, the adjusting printing plate precision is high.
7. The ink circulation
It adopts pneumatic type diaphragm pump , supplying effect is steady , it is easy operate and maintain.
The ink strainer , it can clear the impurity .
8. The printing phase fixed device.
Pneumatic type brake device
When the machine separates or adjusting the phase , the brake device can restrict the machine revolving and keep the original gear position.
3.Slotting Unit
1.Pressing line wheel
Adopt seamless steel tube , after two times grinding machining , surface of the roller is chromed , move steadily.
The pressing line wheel gap adopt manual adjustment , the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
2.The slotting knife seat movement structure
1.Adopt seamless steel tube , after two times grinding machining , surface of the roller is chromed , move steadily.
2.The slotting knife width is 7.0mm.
3.The slotting knife adopt alloy steel. It also has gone through heat treatment and grinding , the knife shape is saw tooth. Both the rigidity and toughness are very good.
4.The repair edge knife adopt alloy steel and has gone through heat treatment and grinding , the knife is sharp and high precise.
5.The pressing line wheel and the slotting knife moves synchronously ( through the linkage spanner )
6.The slotting knife seat gap adopts manual adjustment , the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
7.Two slotting knives adopt manual synchronous adjustment.(the box height).
2.The slotting phase adjusting structure.

4.Die Cutting Unit
1.Surface of the roller is hard chromed , the roller has gone through the dynamic revise so it can increase its steady and reliability when it revolving.
2.Cutter molder roller and cushion roller adopt international standard size , the cutter mold roller diameter is 350mm , the cushion roller is 389 mm (the external diameter is 405mm including the rubber ), the customer can buy the rubber in any place .
3.The gap between cutter mold roller and cushion roller adopt electric adjustment , it can set and display the data.
4.The die cutter phase adopt planet type gear structure , high precision ,can bear big load strength . It can adjust the phase within 360 degrees when the machine revolving or stopping.
5.When stopping feeding paper , the cushion roller will rise up automatically so it can decrease the cushion roller attrition.
6.The cushion roller adopt the Polyurethane felt (super resisting brand) , it can achieve the 100% cut off rate , the edge is smooth , the exchange order should be according to the operating handbook.
7.The cushion roller adopt mechanical cam facility move , the range is 40mm , so it will not cut the same place all the time and prolong the cushion roller using life.
8.The cutter mold roller can adjust the lateral distance within ±10mm with manual adjustment.
9.Diameter of cushion roller and cut mold roller is different , but their linear velocity is same , it can control the cutter knife will not cut the same place , the working track of knife is infinite and not cycle , so the cushion roller can be abrade more even.
10.The linear velocity compensate device , when the cushion roller diameter changes ,the compensate device can automatically track and compensate without the manual adjustment so it ensure the same size of the carton box and prolong the using life of the cushion and cutter mold roller.
11.The cushion automatic repairing device can repair the cushion some times , after repairing , the cushion is smooth and it possess the same function with the new , so it increase the utilization rate vastly.

Stacking Unit
1.Receiving paper arm
Manual and automatically operation.
The receiving paper arm belt , adjusting the loosen and tension level alone , it will not be influenced by the length of the belt.
The pilling paper speed can adjust according to your needs within certain range.
2.The machine platform up and down
Strong chain drive.
The pilling height is 1600mm.
The machine platform is equipped with the brake function when up and down , so the platform will keep the fixed position and will not glide .
3.The receiving paper baffle.
The pneumatic receiving paper board , when the paper reach the reserve height , the
receiving paper board will automatically stretch out and hold the paper.
The back baffle position adopt manual adjustment.
The belt is crease and can prevent the paperboard sliding.
6. The drive gear

40Cr alloy steel material , has gone through tempering , high frequency quenching and gear grinding.
Seven grade precision , revolving smooth , low noise , the hardness is HRC45-50 ,
long using life , little attrition it can ensure the printing matching color accuracy.

The planet gear adopt 20CrMnTi , adopt carburization , nitriding , quench , temper treatment , the hardness is about HRC58-62.
